Daily Dojo – Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping

  • Orders placed through our website will generally be delivered within 2–7 working days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Daily Dojo is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Carriers

  • We use NZ Post (CourierPost) or Post Haste for all deliveries within New Zealand.
  • Delivery is a non-signature service. Please ensure a safe location or delivery instructions are provided.
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Multiple orders may incur separate delivery fees.

3. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the nominated address.
  • Ownership (title) of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received by Daily Dojo.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a remedy according to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost after delivery if delivered to the correct address, as risk passes upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location to prevent lost or stolen parcels.

5. Separate Orders

  • Orders placed separately may be dispatched separately, and separate delivery charges may apply.
  • Where multiple items are ordered and accepted by us, they will be dispatched together where practicable, but some items may be sent separately.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Daily Dojo reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
